no problem..... i can backorder it! i have no intention of getting cathe's little 10 pound, basically unwashable and not adjustable vest! i want ease and convenience (throw it in the washer and walk away...) cuz no doubt it will need washing after every wearing!

there were some pink boxing gloves in there... but they are gone now... everlast has a REALLY nice pair of pink boxing gloves and a portion goes toward breast cancer!

not just the warm up... on several of the push up segments, too... on both clips... UGH.... i thought the whole composing their own was supposed to take care of that.... hopefully they'll tweak it before we get our final copies and all will be in synch!

hi carol! "need"..... in a word: no! there will be two separate leg workouts for the 3rd cycle.... plyo and heavy weight.... if you want to use heavy weight and don't have a squat rack, then the vest is a way to add weight... (although this one is only 10 pounds... so not sure how useful...

varying lengths... approx an hour each... some a bit shorter some a bit longer....

SNM..... will the weight vest(s)... both the 10 and 20 pounds ones... be washable?

nope.... just offering other ideas from other successful forums i've visted or been a member of.... as we were asked to do.... i think no titles (and no post counts shown) is really the best idea....

another thought.... how about only counting posts in the fancy ranking names that pertain to fitness? in other words... leave out the off topic open chatter post count! there was another forum i used to belong to that did that.... only the cycling related posts counted but any in their open...

best idea so far! if we have to have labels based on posts... then running teach's are better than the menber, catheite, cathlete ones by far!

is the weight vest washable?

pace weights come in a nice little suitcase just for the purpose of carrying them to the gym!

i LOVE LOVE LOVE my pace weights! i use them for just about every weight workout that i do now! it's much more effective trying to go up 1 or 2 or 2.5 or 3 etc pounds than 5 pounds!

has anyone who ordered these from pfc-fitness received them yet? i know they were due in, mid june..... what do you think? sturdy? stable? thanx ------------- cute work out clothes are good for AT LEAST an additional 10-15 calories burned!
