    Length of segments on 4DS?

Hi, I've been out of the loop lately, so forgive me if I've just missed this somewhere obvious. I was wondering if it was posted anywhere how long the weight & cardio segments are on the 4DSplit? Like how long the Shoulders & Core section is, or the Shoulders only. Or how long the Legs...

Another bra question - minimizing bra that prevents nipplage??

I need a bra that prevents nipple "pokage" in thin shirts, but that doesn't add a cup size. I'm already a large C/small D and don't need ANY help looking bigger. I usually wear a minimizing bra, but I need one that is lightly lined or padded to prevent the headlights from shining :-) Any...

Any ideas for a 40th Wedding Anniversary present?

My parents are celebrating their 40th anniversary next month with a party they are throwing. What is a good gift from children to parents? My brother and I were thinking about a family picture of mine and his family, but that seems kinda boring. Any good ideas out there? Thanks! - Sarah P.S...

Not putting on muscle, any advice?

I'm 35 years old, 5' 7" 123 pounds. I look OK in clothes, but in my birthday suit I'm flabby. When I do the downward dog stretch and am looking at my thighs - it's like "Eeeew!" It's like there's a layer of flab all over. What's frustrating is that I've been doing Cathe rotations for months now...

    Plie squat form question

Hi Cathe, I used to do ballet when I was younger and when we did plies, you would try to keep your butt tucked under with a straight back, feet as turned out as possible. So I've been kind of doing plie squats like that - with the butt tucked under, feet turned out. Then when I watch your...

Have the Timesaver - do I *need* the original workouts?

I'm gradually trying to buy all of Cathe's DVDs. I bought the Timesaver awhile ago, and so many rotations call for SJP, KPC, etc. that I was wondering if I should shell out and buy the original w/o's. How much of KPC & SJP are missing on the Timesaver DVD? - Sarah

    Vacuum cleaner for hardwood floors?

I have mostly hardwood floors with some carpet. I have a cat. I get dustballs, hairballs, etc. I like to use a vacuum to really suck it up. My canister vacuum pooped out this weekend. Does anyone have a canister or other vacuum they would recommend for hardwood? I like the canister with brush...

Puzzle Mats - Do They Insulate Noise/Vibration?

My workout room is right next to the room where my son sleeps. He's 4 years old. Sometimes I would like to workout either after he goes to bed, or before he gets up in the morning. But we have hardwood floors in our house and I'm afraid the jumping in vids like in the Imaxes would be too noisy...

    Best T-Shirt Bra?

I bought some new spring clothes and I need a good t-shirt bra. I need support (C-cup) and not a TON of padding. I'm big enough as it is. Just want to prevent nipplage if possible. Any winners out there?

How do you make that shiny, smooth sugar cookie frosting?

I see all the pictures in magazines, etc. of these beautiful cookies with glassy looking frosting - it looks perfectly smooth. What's the trick to this? Super thin frosting? Do you just thin out a regular frosting recipe with milk? Is there a specific recipe for this type of frosting?

Last update from me for awhile :-(

Thank you SO much, ladies, for supporting me throught this difficult and seemingly hopeless early pregnancy of an older woman (35). Last night I had SEVERE cramping, and began passing very large blood clots and losing a lot of blood/water. It is a miscarriage. I'm pretty upset about it, but I...

    Looks like it will be a rocky 1st trimester . . .

Hello, If you've seen my previous posts, I'm 7 weeks pregnant. 2 previous miscarriages, 1 successful pregnancy. I've had some bleeding in the past week but my HCG levels are very high. I went in for an ultrsound today. I was convinced I had a missed miscarriage because of the bleeding and...

False News about My Miscarriage! I'm amazed and shocked...

If you have read my posts below about "high risk" and pregnancy, this is an update. I had my 2nd blood test today, and my HCG levels are UP! The nurse on Wednesday (not my usual nurse) had said my HCG levels were too low for how pregnant I was supposed to be, and that I could most likely expect...

I posted below about "high risk". Miscarriage again :-(

Hi Everyone, Thank you for your kind words in my "high risk" post. I had blood work done yesterday, and my HCG levels are on the very low end of where they should be, and I have more blood work on Friday to confirm that the levels are going down. I'm cramping and generally not feeling good...

Will I be classified "high risk"?

I just took a HPT today and learned I'm pregnant. Yay! I'm 35 years old, have a 4 year old. I've had 2 miscarriages since my first successful pregnancy. One was a blighted ovum, detected after 3 months :-( and one was a few months ago, a chemical miscarriage detected very early. I'm not too...

Is there a list anywhere of the exercises in Leaner Leg...

I did Leaner Legs last night, and every time I do that workout it about kills me (in a good way, I guess). I thought I saw here sometime a list of all the exercises, what order they are in, etc. It seems like I'm always surprised when she throws in that last set of squats, low-ends, etc. I, of...

Rhonda in Your Videos - What Works Best for Her Body?

Hi Cathe, I'm a huge fan of your videos. My body type seems like Rhonda's in your videos - I'm somewhat tall and have a slim frame. But unlike Rhonda, my frame is covered in a layer of flab. I'm in my ideal weight range, but I'm not toned. I'm currently doing one of your rotations, The Oct...

Question about crunches and neck soreness

Hi Cathe, I'm not new to exercising, but I have recently started doing crunches after years of ignoring abs completely. I have your Ab Hits and loads of your other DVDs and tapes. Is it normal for your neck to be kind of sore while doing crunches, or is something likely wrong with my form? As...

What do you think is Cathe's most effective leg workout...

I have many of Cathe's older videos, but have missed many of the newer releases. What is her most effective workout to tone and strengthen the legs? I'd like definition in my thighs, hamstrings, etc. What's the best of the best? :-)
