What is similar to Power Hour?

I would say Maximum Intensity Strength is the closest for a total body endurance workout,which is what power hour would be. you could also mix it up with what you have by doing abou 15 mins of lower body(lots of low ends b/c power hour is mostly that) and about 40-45 mins of upper body and abs. she likes to mix up the tempo of the reps in power hour alot. so you can being doing 2up-2down then she will mix it to 3up1down and so on. the ab work is come crucnhes and oblique twists and alot of planks.
