    Well teoday I did Cathes Max Intensity Cardio. Well, most of it that is. I cut about the last ten minutes of step but did do the intervals at the end. It was just Soooooo hard and its been a long time since ive done that one. Tomorrow I have its twin on deck... Max Intensity Strength...

    question about Slide n Glide

    I bought it and plan to do it tomorrow. What do u like about it? How does it rank on the intensity scale?? I haven't done anything with the discs and I'm wondering what I can expect. Thanks and happy workouts!!! :)

    I just ordered INTENSITY and SLIDE & GLIDE!!!!! Cant wait to get em!!! Slide n Glide will be a totally knew concept to me and I cant wait to try something a lil new!! I see it got great reviews!!! From the video clip of Intensity I knew I had to have that one!!!! Happy Friday!!! :)

    Annoyed with myself...

    Ive been working out much more regularly but have now missed the past three mornings. Today I just felt so tired after having a toss and turn kind of night. I guess for tomorrow I will do Cathes Low Impact Circuit since both cardio and weights are badly needed now!! Happy workouts to everybody!!

    Drinking Alcohol & Weight Loss

    This has been my biggest struggle. Ive been a regular drinker for years and am trying to cut back. Been doing better but its almost a constant temptation and battle in my free time.

    Just thought of a move I'm not real crazy about.... I don't care for 123 horse. I like regular horse shoes, slap-clap horses or even power horse but 123 horse is not one of my favorites.
