Based on past experience, if they are filmed in the fall expect shipment 3-4 months after filming ends.

Gym Style on 1 DVD or 3 Seperate DVD

I'm interested in one DVD. To be frank, there's no incentive for me to pay $60 for these DVDs when I can use my Pure Strength and Slow & Heavy DVDs. Those DVDs are cheaper, effective, and take up less space. As a consumer, why pay more for less? Crystal

    cathe- premixes

Premixes are great. If not, the prices should remain at $20 per DVD. $27 (after sale price) for a workout with no options seems overpriced to me. Crystal

    Important questions on Hardcore

I'd love to have the gym style workouts on one DVD. These are the only workout I'm interested in. I've never had a problem with my Pure Strength and Slow & Heavy DVDs. I think the problems started for many people when premixes were added. If you keep it simple (no premixes) on this DVD, I...

Gym Style on 1 DVD or 3 Seperate DVD

I'd like to see these workouts on one DVD. If so, then hopefully the price would be similar to the pricing of PS & S&H. Crystal

    Cathe FAQ

    >Hi Crystal, > >That is a very good idea. I second your request ! Thanks. I did a search of Cathe's posts here. She's responded to over 2000 questions. That's a lot of useful information. However, it's hard to sift thru the responses due to the large volume. It would be great if...

    Body For Life 04/23

What workouts do you use? Cathe's S&H seems to be a good one for BFL as it contains adequate rest periods between sets. Crystal

    Pear with Bad Knee...Rotation Help...Please!!

It sounds like you need to stick with floor work until your knee heels. I don't own the video but based on the descriptions it looks like Cathe's Legs & Glutes has some knee friendly exercises towards the later part of the workout. How about alternating your workouts as follows: Day 1 -...

    glute raises instead of lunges?

Marie, This sounds like a good alternative. You are engaging the glute and hamstrings of the front leg and minimizing quadriceps involvement of the back leg. Crystal

    glute raises instead of lunges?

I substitute glute raises for lunges all the time. I don't use weights. I'm curious about your use of the barbell. Do you have the barbell resting on your shoulders as you lean forward? If so, I'm thinking this might cause lower back issues? Crystal

Cathe, What is your workout schedule?

Bumping. Cathe, I'd like to know how many exercises you perform in your one muscle grouo per day regimen. Is it heavy weights/low reps or light weights/high reps? Thanks Crystal
