This was a big concern of mine after the thread yesterday. I think there will always be some people that aren't completely happy with the process but I don't want to lose my opportunity to preorder because a few people are unhappy. Even the smallest injury can take forever to heal. I am sure...

What about having someone do a care package and list the contents as a gift? Would that help? There's always a way.

I kind of got the impression that they would be taking over maketing/advertising or something like that. I haven't read anywhere that Cathe sold her business.
