Never heard of this woman until I read A-Jock's post about the squat thrust and now I'm hooked. She's incredibly fit! Just wondering if anyone here incorporates her workouts on a regular basis and how to do so. Do you do a different one every day, alternate days with cardio? I don't see any information on bodyrock.tv that says anything about a schedule.

I did her Prison Cell workout yesterday and was almost embarrassed at how hard it was for me to complete! My legs are really feeling it today!

I am totally addicted to Zuzanna's site and her workouts. They are short but very intense. She posts about 3 new workouts a week and goes back to her older ones on other days and tries to beat her personal best. I basically do her 3 new workouts each week, with added running some of the days. Other days I will just do her workout as they are intense enough...and if I like the older workout she is doing I will fit that in during the week too. Other than that I'll do some of my other dvd's. I've gotten great results just doing her stuff, and that is all she does!

I just finished another one - not sure of the name, but it was jump squats, hip extensions, bulgarian squats and mountain climbers x 4 rounds - and I didn't know if I was going to make it to the end! The intensity was crazy, and I've been doing Cathe for years!!!

I'm thinking I'll do the three new workouts every week and throw in two cardio days and a yoga day. She really is a breath of fresh air...even my DH is enjoying the new "view." LOL!
