I was reading in Prevention magazine about these new snack bars by Zoe foods. They are all natural and contain a tablespoon of flaxseed, soy protein and isoflavones... each has 180-190 cals per bar and 6 gms of fat, 4 gms of fiber, and they're sweetened with cane juice... has anyone tried them? Would they make a good afternoon snack? I ordered some in both flavors, chocolate and apple crisp. I thought they'd make a nutritious, portable afternoon snack and wanted to hear from anyone who has tried them or heard about them. Thanks for your help!
