So of course when I'm insanely stressed out and breaking out like crazy, they discontinue the only pimple cream that actually worked for me!!! I was in LOOOOOOOVE with Philosophy's 1st "On a Clear Day" line, which has now been revamped and isn't nearly as good as the original :(

Can anyone recommend a good zit cream? I have a planet growing on my chin that hurts like you wouldn't believe. I need something that doesn't over-dry since my skin is kind of dry to begin with.

I really respond to Clindoxyl- prescription only and expensive, but so worth it. Completely changed my skin.

Have you tried tea tree oil? Trader Joe's carries it in a roller tube - perfect for spot applications to dry the little bastards up.

I've been using Neutrogena Acne Stress Control during the day under my spf foundation, and it's worked wonders. I use the Neutrogena anti-blemish anti-wrinkle cream at night. For spot treating, I dab a little peroxide, let it "sizzle" dab on some clearasil, put on the neutrogena, then put another dab of clearasil on top and don't rub it in.

Another contributor to acne can be the detergent and fabric softener you use on your sheets, particularly your pillowcases.
