Hello Kickboxing Fans,
I was wondering if any of you have heard about Zak Lee's Street Kick-box workout. I happened to see a clip of it on Youtube and thought it looked like a good workout, so I searched online and found it on:
https://www.hotmoviesale.com/p70464/productsList.aspx?searchKeyword=street+kickbox. Zak Lee has an accent, but if you can get past it, this is a great workout. It includes two full workouts. An intermediate and an advance. I just previewed the intermediate and had to jump in and do a couple of the moves, and let me tell you, even the intermediate is quite challenging, without being difficult. I do tons of kick-boxing. It is my favorite workout. I have the Powerstrikes, all of Cathe's KB workouts, Tae Bo, etc., and am glad I bought this DVD. I just thought I'd pass the review on to the kick-boxing fans, because it's a great deal for an awesome workout. I'll definitely do one of these workouts this weekend.
