I Love the New Series and I am ready to start mixing them up with my collection. My first workout, Wednesday, will be HiIT 30/30 then Cardio Core Circuit. Plan to combine both series before I go back in time with Cathe's older workouts.
I started mixing the LIS up with my old Cathe's from the get-go, alternating them in....I just have to do my old favorites and mix them in....like Hi-Reps or Muscle Max and STS plyo legs...woo hoo!
Due to scheduling conflicts, I must admit I have not done any of the workouts yet. Both of the workouts are ones that I could do last year despite my lack of cardio for some reason.
Cathe, I agree thinking ahead and change are always good.
I am on week 2 of the STS/LIS rotation, I highly recommend it, I even did the yogamax all the way through! I never do yoga but thought maybe I would do better with Cathe style yoga and I was right .
