Your weekend's workouts

Hi, I want to know your weekend workouts. Tomorrow I will do chest, shoulders and tricep,ab rpper P90X and the second workout of hardcore extreme (hi/low intervals). On Sunday I will do PLYO X.

oooh I love the hi/low workout on HCX! I think I will just hit the gym on Sunday for a run & lifting. Don't know more than that yet. Have a great weekend!

I'm doing Cathe's Harcore Fat Loss Rotation from March 2005, so I believe tomorrow is MM and Sunday is a 30 minute run with a segment of Coremax. I may sub ME for MM tomorrow, because I love it so:)
 
I am doing the workout Cathe has scheduled for today tomorrow and horseback riding too so as long as my legs are still attached, I will still be able to walk, right?
Sunday, I will be doing slow and heavy again: Tri's/Bi's, Shoulder from Legs and Shoulder and Chest and Back.
I am also going to make some protein pancakes for breakfast on both of those days for a jump start to the day!

This summer I changed my routine & do my lifting during the week, so on the weekends I do yoga Saturdays & pilates Sundays. I really love the new schedule & I think I'm gonna stick with it--my weekends are so relaxing now without that 2 hours a day in the gym.
 
I'm not sure. I had planned to run either Saturday or Sunday but my back has been aching really bad so I should probably do something else. I'm not sure what...??:-(
 
Well today I plan on doing the upper body segments of MIS and PH, circuit style.

Tomorrow will be lower body with some cardio. Don't know which workouts to put together yet, but it will be a long routine and not kickboxing because I've done that this week.

Sunday will be more cardio and yoga OR a couple of high step workouts back to back. We'll see... It'll all depend on how much energy I have left.

I have a stinking cold and sorethroat and feel like crap!! Supposed to do P90x back & biceps today. Guess I'll be resting though- hopefully recovery will come quick. I've been up since 2:30 am cause I couldn't sleep and now I can't even take a nap I'm so tired. Sorry for the whine!!

Catherine - I'm so sorry you're sick! That is never any fun. Be sure to drink lots of water and rest if you can. You'll be up and around in no time!

I'm doing the same rotation as Shelley with a few tweaks as well. ;-) Tonight is a run plus Coremax and ME Upper Body. Tomorrow is another run and L&G. Sunday is ANOTHER run and Stretchmax. I haven't run in 3 weeks and I miss it!!

I do spin class, step class and weight class on Saturday mornings. Sounds like a lot but I love the teachers for all of them and I consider it my fitness spa day. I am done by noon and on Saturday. Do nothing on Sunday.

Today is supposed to be a weight day for me, but as my stomach is rebelling about something (not quite sure what) and I cannot possibly eat anything, I'm skipping the workout, so I'll need to get it in tomorrow.

I'll probably do Muscle Endurance the whole way, then follow it with C& W abs, then IMAX2. Of course, that's considering I'll feel better tomorrow.

If I so, then I'll follow that on Sunday with KPC and the blasts from KM.
 
Today I did the cardio from Kari Andersons Danceworks, Gym Style Legs and about 6-7 minutes from the second workout on Coremax.

Tomorrow, it's going to be either Lowmax or hiking.

Sunday will be a rest.
 
I am following the Aug rotation, so tomorrow is Imax 3 and 20 Terminators.
Sunday will be coremax, stretchmax and motrin.
 
I try to do family activities during the weekends. The kids are starting to ride bikes with us so we'll probably go on a short 10-20 mile ride with them on Sat and DH and I should do about 45 miles on Sunday. DD has wanted to go rollerblading all week so I'll probably do that with her for a few hours. Maybe I'll even try out the ramps this time.

Actually, I will be in Evans Georgia tomorrow and Sun, for work on some property we own. So probably wont be any workouts.
