Your typical daily meal plan?

With all the talk about clean eating & the incredible shape you are in, I am curious about what you normally eat. If you don't mind sharing, what is a typical "Cathe" day?

Hi Rose! I don't talk about specific diets because I leave that to nutritionists and registered dieticians. They are the true experts in that field.

I can give you guidelines of how I like to eat.

I like to eat clean, with foods in their most natural state. Not processed or loaded with additives. I like to eat a wide variety of vegetables, fruits, and lean meats. I try to have a couple of fishes, poultry dishes, and lean red meats per week. I mostly broil or grill my meats, fishes, and poultry. I steam my veggies and eat fruits right from the tree or produce stands (ok, I'll wash them first, wink).

I eat frequent smaller meals throughout the day and drink a lot of water too.

But I have my sinful moments (days and weeks too, ha) and then I have no rules and just eat what I am craving, knowing that I am active and will burn off the damage.

What about whole grain carbs, such as brown rice, whole wheat pasta, etc.? Do you try not to eat carbs in general or do, but stick to whole grains?
