Cathe, I was just wondering what weight do you use
in the leg workout on the barbell. I know in your
Maximum Intensity workout you tell us what weight
you are using and also in Body Max. I find in the
Leg and Abs video you do not tell us what weights
you are using. I want to know because I love your
built and in the other videos I use the same weight as you do and I would like to do the same
