I was reviewing my new shock cardio DVD's and could not help but notice the floor flexing under your feet when you bounce....??? Quite interesting and very cool!
I want it!!! Expensive? Name?

Oh, and by the way Shock cardio...Perfect!! Job well done again.

This has been discussed before and Chris (or SNM anyway) gave pretty detailed instructions about how they constructed it, as I recall. If you spend some time searching around on flooring you'll probably find it. I'd try to find it for you, but my internet is somewhat hosed and working very slowly....
