I am thinking about doing Power Max tomorrow because I really love that workout
. The one thing that I don't like about it is the warm up. For some reason it doesn't click for me and I end up just running up and down my stairs for awhile instead. While this is okay I would rather do a choreographed warm up and stretch segment. Do any of you have a favorite warm up from another workout?
