Your favorite UB split?

Well, I tend to do upper splits often because I find that if I do too much Cathe standing work I bulk a little.

I do the Cathe PUB pre-mix up often.

I also do the ME upper body only and the ME/bootcamp combo

When I do supersets, I do the upper body blast.

I also do all the upper body work from the Timesaver DVD.

Can't say which is my favorite - I love them all.
 
My favorites are CTX Upper and PUB. For some reason, I never think to split out upper body from Muscle Endurance, Push Pull, etc. I'll have to give those premixes a try.
 
My favorite is PUB, but I also like all the UB work from PowerHour. Next has to be CTX Upper Body and then also the Timesavers (I did them yesterday) and all the upper body stuff from PushPull and Supersets on one day using the mix n match menu (something Jillybean sent me once). Whatever happened to her?
 
PUB, and secondly, CTX. I love the SH series, but find it less convenient to fit it into my schedule.

It's gotta be PUB, such a great workout and always leaves with just the right amount of DOMS.
