Your Favorite Rotation?

Hi Everyone,

Can you tell me what your favorite Cathe rotation has been for overall weight loss and muscle toning/strength? I am trying to pick out a rotation, and am confused if it should be a strenth, endurance or weight loss.

I have about 10# to lose, want to build strength (especially in my arms), burn fat/lean out and have toned/strong legs (but this is my problem area). Any suggestions? What's worked for you?
