Your fave 'Quickie' Upper Body w-o's?

During this time of year with not having as much time to ourselves, I was just curious to know what your fave shorter or short to you Upper Body routines are.
Presently, I find Fitness Blender has some very good ones and I especially like their upper body kettlebell, Zuzka has a few on youtube as well & I like the super quick upper body premix from Cathe BootCamp.

Cathe or non-Cathe .....how about you?
 
There's a very quick one from Lift Weights Faster 2 , which I love. It's written by Jill Coleman, and it's called delt domination. (I don't mind detailing it here, since it's available from Jill's site for free). It's 15 minutes of:

Biceps curl x10
Strict press x10
Double push press x10 - these three done as a combo

DB shoulder half press from the bottom x10

Push up x5
Triceps push up x5 - these two done as a combo

Double bent over row x10
Reverse fly x10
Front raise x10. - these three done as a combo

Basically go through this as many times as possible in 15 minutes. It fries the shoulders!
