By the way, I love your suggestion to drop and give you 10 push-ups when chocolate cravings begin. It helps! Of course, I get some strange looks at work, but they all think I'm a bit crazy anyway. Thanks for all you do.

Hi Cathe,

I just wanted to chime in here and wish you well tomorrow, too. I know how frustrated you must feel by now, but we really do understand. If you've seen my "I Hate Cardio" check-in, then you already know that I'm in no hurry for more cardio . Gosh, I hope you're not mortified by that check-in...it really is meant in good fun.

As for Robin, the original poster? Trust me, her co-workers are definitely giving her "strange" looks. :7 (I mean that in the kindest way:* )
