YOUCH!!!! I am SOOO sore!

Someone ask me why I had the brilliant idea to do leaner legs followed by a hike with a friend yesterday, then go rock climbing for 2 hours today!?!? All I know is my legs are pooped, sore, and not wanting to manuever in any way shape or form. I would like to advise against something like this because I have a feeling I'm gonna be sore for a week, maybe longer! Thankyou everyone for letting me and my legs complain!!

I'm pretty sore this morning too. I increased my weight for PUB and I am feeling it. I'm sure there are others who are sore today as well...maybe not as sore as you are. Go for a light walk (if you can) and then take a nice warm bath! :D
 
UGGGGHHHH!!!! I feel sorry for you!! I, too, have been guilty of being this stupid in the past. Your poor legs were begging you to rest and still you went rock climbing! Hey, atleast your upper body got some work too!!! I would also love to try rock climbing!!
