<--has been having storms, rain, tornadoes:eek: like Catherine!
<--had a couple of tornadoes hit in town and <--didn't even know that the weather was that bad!
<--never lost power, thank goodness!!

<--is not super sore, just a little sore (would have changed the font and size, but is still a bit challenged in that area)
<--did a total body weight on Wednesday, then HIIT yesterday....using a #25 DB for the I portion
