You opinion on a five pound rotation please

I have about six weeks left until surgery. I would like to get 5 more pounds off as well as work my core in anticipation of the "tummy tuck" that comes with the reconstruction.

I also am trying to teach myself the IMAX3 workout, but in smaller chunks.

I didn't need it to be gung-ho hardcore, but am interested in your opinions about this:

Saturday: Muscle Max or Muscle Endurance
Sunday: IMAX3 premix intervals 1-5
Monday: IMAX3 premix intervals 6-10
Tuesday: Bootcamp or Cardio & Weights (I'm leaning towards BC)
Wednesday: some kind of step or Kickbox workout (or would Lowmax
be too much, interval-wise?)
Thursday: another circuit workout or total body strength? or just
more cardio?

Help please? I'm so bad at rotations.

I am no expert but will give my opinion FWIW.

You really should separate the IMAX3 sessions by a couple of days. You should not do interval work back to back like that. As for Thursday's work out, I would go with either another circuit or the f/b weight work out...

Here's an example of what I would suggest:

Sat: MM or ME
Sun: IMAX3 1-5
Mon: BC or C&W
Tue: Step or KB
Wed: IMAX3 6-10
Thu: Circuit or f/b weights
