Oh, all you poor young things. Just wait until you get to menopause. The mood swings now beat anything I dealt with during PMS. Then add hot flashes, night sweats, mid cycle spotting.... Just you wait

I hate to tell you this, Runningal, but I just looked up "menstrual hut" on the internet and apparently the woman in the hut has to fast without water for 3 days. :-(
