That's what my horoscope said this morning. Perhaps I should have read that before I attempted B&G at 7 am. I am not a morning exerciser, but Tues/Thurs are my late days at work. So I figured I'd get it in before work. Wooosh!!! I survived, but I wish I'd have known about the deep reserve this morning, because I sure could have used it!!
