i know that ur schedule is crazy right now with the RTs but i want to look my best for the august trip. i came and saw u a couple of months ago, the girl from PA, and was not at the top of my game b/c i had hurt myself 2 weeks before the trip and couldnt work out. dosent take long for that cardio to slack but not to get off subject i was wondering if you had any tips on lowering my body fat.
i am doing cardio 5-6x's a week in the morning and the gym style series with pyrimde thrown in randomly at night. i want to look like you, RIPPED!!! does it just take time. i have only been lifting weights serisly sine oct. 07 and my body has really made huge changes. i really only did cardio w/light weights before.
my diet is pretty strict i eat about a 20gram protien meal,tuna..egg whites..ect.. every four hrs, & lots of green. i plan my high protien 1 hr before weights and after cardio. (some times a protien shake)
i have a snack every 2hrs, usally fruit or cottage cheese. my only down fall is im a sucker for the natural peanut butter, i always eat less than a serving size though the only carbs i eat is oat meal but it is the old fashioned kind.
one last ? if i bring my calender with all my workouts on it will you look at it and give me some pointers when i come in aug.
to look like you has to be earned, i know ;-) but any tips would be great. well i have rambled on about me enough. hows ur day? lol
