Maybe we can all learn to "imagine" we are eating a cookie. I mean, we've done it before and we know what it will be like.
How transcendental would that be? Just sitting with eyes closed enjoying any number of imaginary cookies.
Actually, one of my food-control tricks, when I'm not actually hungry, is to just smell the evil food. Like open the jar of peanut butter and smell it several times.
But my goal now is just to go completely into my "cookie meditation".
