I add frozen berries, half scoop of vanilla whey protein and ground flaxseed(for Omega 3) I use stevia to make it sweet. One of meal is:
1 cup nonfat yougurt.
1 cup frozen berries
2 tablespoons of flaxseed
1/2 scoop of vanila whey protein
stevia or splenda to your taste
mix it is about 300 calories.
