Sadly getting older has taken it's toll on my knees and various other areas. I have discovered that doing Cathe's Yoga Relax before and using both the full workout and the express on days I don't have the extra time, the doing my regular workouts and it has helped so much. I just don't feel the warm-ups are long enough on the workouts because due to my work schedule I get up and do my workout first thing and my body is stiff from sleeping and it feels as if I'm shocking my body and pulling muscles that aren't really stretched.
So to end my long post I would really like to see a stretching segment or Yoga type before a workout.
