Yoga or Pilates workout

I realize that I am basically a weights and high intensity cardio girl, but it would be nice if Cathe would create a Yoga and/or Pilates workout. Both are great for developing the core area and would be something different than what she usually does.

A yoga/pilates blend would be awesome! I would buy that. It would have to make you feel like you worked out and not just stretched out you know what I mean?
