I did the first half 2 days ago and then had to stop as the baby woke up...I have been sore for 2 days and I could not believe it...Btw, I spent all the evening trying to lift my legs up as she does in Levitation pose, and obviously I could not even lift my feet from the ground! DH went on giggling at me, while I coudn't stop telling him " This woman is a sort of magician...she can do wonders with her body!"
I am really impressed at how she can challenge us with every workout, even the ones which should be "lighter". This is another wonderful workout as you said trendymom, and I have some good new stuff to learn !Thank you Cathe for that!
I did Yoga Max today for the first time and it was perfect. I liked the time it took to do it and that it really seemed to help loosen up tight muscles in hamstrings and calves. I have MS and do have balance issues. I found the balance posture section to be extremely difficult because I have significant balance issues on my right side so this was tough. I couldn't do them as well as Cathe and crew. I know for me that is an expectation that can't be realistic with MS but I did have to touch down or try to do what I could before I lost my balance and started to fall. I figured at that point that was challenge enough so I just waited for that particular pose to be done and move on to the next. MS is all about focusing on what you can do and improve on weakness in a modified gradual safe way, and I feel that Yoga Max enabled me to do that, and I really appreciated the stretching and loosening of tight muscles. It was just what the doctor ordered. Awesome job on this one Cathe two thumbs way up, Thank You!!!
