Does anyone here own these workouts? If so, how do you like them? Are they more cardio or srength or both? Would you consider it basic, intermediate or advanced? Are they a good addition to Cathe's workouts?

Looking around for something different to mix into my rotation so thought I'd see if anyone here had any thoughts on these.

I have the Goddess set, or whatever it's called. Haven't done them for awhile if that says anything. The only one of the four workouts I like is the advanced one - it has some cardio-dance stuff and then some ballet-like toning for the buns/hips. The abs workouts are ok. The original and the sculpting ones are not to my liking. They "sculpt" with very light weights, but I feel it's a waste of time.

Some people at videofitness.com really like them, that's how I got suckered in, and you may be able to find better descriptions over there.

To answer your questions more specifically, I find their workouts light cardio and/or toning, not strength. Probably considered basic or low intermediate. Some may find them a good addition to Cathe's workouts, but if I want a "lighter" day, I prefer Tamilee or Karen Voight. I'd save your money...
