YMCA and MyFitnessPal- I'm baaaaack!

Yowza! :eek: I have not worked out much on machines in the last year and it truly kicked my butt. I was like a kid at a new playground!! 20 minutes on the elliptical, stair-climber 10, treadmill 10 and "playing" in the weight room!! :D:rolleyes:

I noticed many big changes from when I "worked out" there a year ago. First off, I actually used the program settings and that made ALL the difference!! I made sure my vitals were a pumpin instead of just casually watching the TV and barely breaking a sweat! I was totally thrilled with how much more weight I could do on the machines!! THANK YOU CATHE!!

I've also re-registered again on Myfitnesspal.com to figure out further where I'm screwing up on my eating! This will be interesting! Once I see a pattern, I can tweek my eating. I have already realized that I have just been grabbing whatever foods I want and not paying much to portion sizes, frequency, etc.. I've also lost track totally as to the amount of Carbs, Fat, Protein I've been taking in. Great wake-up call!

I think being more concientious in all areas will surely help me bust through the plateau!! Wooohooo! I'll keep you all posted!!
