Yippee ,I'm back ... Just did 3 workouts in 3 days !!!! Leaner Legs this AM. I could tell its been awhile ...But oh it felt sooooo great . Hugs to all of you for being there for me .... It will help me so much to take care of ME again ..I decided to do my CTX rotation to get back at it ... I Love Cathe Shes so great ..Hugs to all of you .:) :) :)
 
Way to go Mary, you are doing so great, vigorous workouts are just the best stress busters, all those endorphins eat up stress hormones like pacman!!! Enjoy your CTX rotation, you are so right about Cathe, who else could make such hard work so much FUN!
