This set is very very good. It has been thought out very well. The organization is incredible. I can use this to move up from intermediate to advanced, perfectly. One of Cathe's best for my purpose.

I am enjoying them too, and finding them the right level for me. I also love all of Cathe's videos for all the wonderful variety and the amazing premixes, so that I can work as long or as short as I want. Nobody offers the value per DVD Cathe does. I paid the premix price and not only get the full workouts but over 12-15 premixes for each DVD. I can't imagine how low the cost for each would work out to.
