Thanks for starting us off Annette.
Today I had a long workout. I did RWH Lift it hit it legs - that might be one of cathe's toughest for me. Next, I did Signature Sculpt legs (barre) for 30 minutes and added on the abs from this too. I looooved my long workout. I think we are ice skating after dinner.
