I got my Basic step video in the mail today!! I have been doing the warm up, cardio 1,cardio 2, and stretching from body fusion with some crunches in the middle. I got my video, popped it in and went right through the whole basic step routine without a hitch. I wasnt even watching the time (count down until done) like I normally am. I am so excited!! I am even tempted to start trying some of the weight stuff in body fusion. (I am such a wimp!!):+
