Yea Plateau has ended

Yea...., my plateau is ending. I'm starting to loose a Lb a week again for the past 2 wks. Before my plateau it was 2 1/2 each wk. It's been a long plateau, but I guess if you simply just stick with it, it has to come off!

You go girl! that's great. What did you do to end it? because I can't seem to lose any and I'm starting to become very frustrated. Thanks

Basically stuck with a clean diet (well balanced) and stuck with working out daily and started drinking more water than usual. I love water, but how much can a person drink? Well, I'm sipping on it all day long. I even have a bottle near my bed when I sleep. So that's basically it. I am currently unemployed so I take advantange of the time to workout more. Believe it or not, last week I had caught a cold or something (still not sure) and it's on it's way out now. But For most of last week, I didn't exercise because I was so weak and tired and my noise was stuffed. So as soon as I was able, I started again. I still lost a pound. So I guess just sticking with it. I've been on the plateau for quite a while, I mean a month or more. So be encouraged that your taking care of your body, and eventually it will catch up. I do think water is a key along with eating well. And I think everyone knows what is good for them and not. (for the most part).

Hi Faythe,
Thanks for the advice, I've been drinking a gallon of water a day. I also just recently joined my old gym to try and shake things up and incorporate different types of cardio spinning, taebo classes, treadmill because I'm thinking maybe my body has gotten use to the same workout. Hopefully it'll work! I could never give up my Cathe tapes though. Take care
