step n' motion. is that the correct name? the one that was $4.97. it is basic step, easy to follow, but still hi energy and got a great workout w/out killing my old feet.

the hair and outfits are, um, how do i say this, very 80's, LOL! but, i love the workout. anyone else download this one.

can someone tell me how i should log this w/out? i don't see it in the w/out manager. although, i may have the wrong name, not sure.

We only have DVDs in the Workout Manager, but yes Step N Motion #1 is the name of the download.

oh yeah, that's right , that would have been a video. i forgot about that. what would you think it would be equivalant to. anything in there?
