I'm so excited!!! I've felt great gains from the cross train xpress. I've been on it for a while and now i need to change up.

Tell me how much you love the Intensity series! I'd love to hear your stories.

Danna

Hey Danna! IS is my favorite series without a doubt. I was not a preorderer, so I started with Cardio and Weights when they released the series...and wouldn't you know....since then I have gotten every single one of them(and spent so much more money)...I still think my favorite is Boot Camp....you can do anthing for a minute....

You are gonna have a blast....now if I could just convince the dh I need the series on dvd since I now have a player....got the Pyramids from a swap and I just LOVE it! Your core is one of the hardest parts worked with this series. Take care, and let us know what you like the best!

Awesome. My core is my weakest link right now. I never knew how bad it was until I started to do Cathe.

I'm hoping they get here before the weekend.

Thanks for the info!

Hi Danna! No doubt about it, in my book the I-Series is plain brilliant. To me it's a very, very close second place (if not tied for first) to the CTX series, just in terms of thoroughness and depth and fun factor -- both are masterpieces!

My personal favorite from the I-Series (and I can't believe I'm about to say this) is IMAX II. I can't say I've totally mastered it since interval 9 still slays me every time, but it is the most fun I've ever had while being miserable. :) Someday I hope to graduate to being able to do some of Aquajock's insane IMAX II mish-moshes, kicking it up to notches unknown!!

And I second what others have said -- the I-Series will cook your core like nothing else. Along with your core, the Pyramids will get the rest of your poor tired muscles whipped into shape.

It's just a phenomenal and unbelievably well-integrated bunch of workouts. Worth every nickel. (Repeat after me: Worth every nickel. :)

Enjoy and let us know which ones YOU love the most!!!!
