So I read that Apple Cider Vinegar has so many health benefits and it suggested taking a shot of Organic, Unfiltered Raw ACV per day (2 tbsp). OMG!!!! GROSSS!!!!! I only got 1 tbsp down yesterday (and I bought the recommended kind which was rated as best overall). I did the whole shot this morning but nearly gagged. I had to put a little dab of honey on my finger to get the taste out. Does anyone else use this and HOW IN THE WORLD do you get it down? I'm sure the pills aren't nearly as effective and I don't want to make a salad dressing and go thru that every day. Maybe there is some kind of little drink you can make?

My Dad drinks 1 tsp ACV in a big glass of water with a bit of honey. He's a triathlete and uses the mix in a sports bottle for during and after his training.
 
Oh, Kim. I tried this several times and no matter HOW I mixed it, I gagged terribly. HORRIBLE horrible stuff! :p I just can't (or maybe WON'T is the better word, lol) drink this stuff.

I thought it was funny because on the bottle it said...."though most people enjoy this straight..." I'm thinking you have GOT to be kidding me!!!!
 
:DOh, and Kim......I ended up using it as a cleaner for my sinks (it really cleans and SHINES my stainless steel sink and leaves the disposal smelling MUCH better)! lol I just couldn't throw it away, I'm too cheap to do that! :D
