Good Morning!
Sorry I missed you guys yesterday. I couldn't get to the computer before work.
Yesterday I ran 3 miles and today I ran/walked 5 miles. I would still like to do ME lower body and some stretching today. Tough to fit it all in.
I was up a lot of the night coughing. I am still fighting this cold. BLAH!!
It was fun to have everyone over for dinner Thursday night. Several of the boys then stayed over. One of the boys' moms told me that she purchased Cathe's Kick Max after I told her about Cathe. She works out all of the time at a gym and runs, etc. so is in good shape. She said it was so hard and only tired it once!
I have Monday off for Fall Break! Lunch with a friend and appt with a new neurologist.
Deanie~How was your run this morning? Do you have any soccer or softball games this weekend? Hope you enjoy your in-laws visit.
Marcy~I need to take a look at the Bird of Paradise pose. I haven't done S&H in ages. I do like it. Hope you can convince DH to go to the dance with you tonight. Pyramids came in the mail a couple of days ago. That was fast. Now I am ready to do it!
