I was hit with hit with a terrible stomach virus and have not been able to workout for the past 7 days now!!! Never before has something stop me from working out like this stomach virus did. Anyways I feel better now and looking into doing one of the X Train rotation. I'm trying to decide between the 30 day cardio and strength rotation and the 90 day undulating rotation. If you have done the 30 day cardio and strength workout program how did you like it and did you get good results? Thank!!
