XTRAIN- Premixes and 100 Reps challenge Triceps extension

Hi Everyone,

I have just looked at premixes on cathe's website and all I can say is WOW:D.

I think we are having a premix bonanza with this new series :):):).
Is anyone, a part from me, looking forward to 100 Reps challenge Biceps curls and 100 Reps challenge flat bench Triceps extension from Tabatacise DVD?

I am so excited.

I AM!!!

Tri's & bi's are my "weak" muscle groups :(. I would definitely love to increase muscle definition and strength for both. I admire nice looking guns ;).

I encourage you to take the challenge...I managed to improve my Triceps. I gained muscle in both just doing cathe's programs. I worked hard though.If I can ,anyone can achieve it.

I must admit I use to have a bit of triceps flab (from weight loss). Now they are firm. My long head has popped out and sometimes I have to pinch myself!!!
I used to dislike the gruelling feeling while working my triceps. Now I always look forward training them. More result I get, more keen I get to improve a "previously weak" muscle.

I can't way for the 100 rep challenge! I want my arms to have definition and I'm hoping this will help get me there!
 
I am super stoked to get these workouts. Cathe just keeps coming up with such great challenges and I think this series is going to be great! The premixes look great and I've been using more and more of them on different dvds to keep changing the workouts and to keep challenging myself. I see a January of many X train workouts in my future!
