Xtrain Cardio Leg Blast

I couldn't wait to finish STS to try CLB, so I squeezed it in on Sunday and LOVED IT! I did plyo legs today, and even though PL and CLB have a similar format, the feel is very different. The music is fantastic as well, and during the band squat thingy's, I thought I wasn't going to make it, phew.

Lisa (Horse Lover), I'm going to be starting the 30 day Xtrain/Ride rotation on Jan. 21. I'd love to hear how you like it. : )
 
I did this yesterday morning and I am sooo sore today. I too love Plyo legs and this is very similar.
I especially liked the very last weight exercise where we did lunges onto the high step. What a different way to do a lunge! And so effective! I felt a wonderful stretch in the legs during this.

I loved those lunges onto the step, too!
