Xtrain Cardio Intensity

What is the intensity factor of the different Xtrain cardio based workouts? Intermediate or Advanced or somewhere in between? Hoping for some tough stuff, but since it seems to be more of a strength-focused workout series, I'm afraid the cardio might be less intense on some or all. Trying to decide if I should pre-order. Thanks!
 
XTrain Cardio Workouts

XTrain may seem to you like a predominantly strength based system, but that is only because we filmed the strength videos first. We're just now getting to releasing information about the cardio workouts.

Most of the XTrain cardio workouts are HiiT based and that means they're not easy workouts from an intensity perspective. I would say that Low Impact HiiT is probably the easiest of the the XTrain videos intensity wise while Tabacise is off the intensity charts.

We still have weeks of updates to post and I think you will start to understand XTrain better as more details are released.
 
Now that all the workouts have been filmed, any idea as to the approximate release date? Or is it still late Fall/early Winter?
 
Yes, we still plan on late Fall or early Winter. Once editing and authoring is completed we will have a more accurate date.
