Okay...back with a short nap and my workout completed! I did KPC medium intensity drills plus all 3 combos plus stability ball abs. Now I'm hungry again!! GRRR! I have PUB tomorrow which I always enjoy. I think I am going to do this premix rotation and then go back to lifting heavy next month...I saw Cathe's June 07 rotation...so I think I will use it as a guide and modify it for my needs. Did I tell you guys I think I spotted a muscle in my arm the other day? It was just a glimpse out of the corner of my eye...but I'm sure it was there!
Forgot to tell you guys about my other wildlife...which let me say up front, I did not kill or maim! I was walking my friend out to his car last night, and I hear this squeaking noise..and I look to see a flipping bat flying around. Where the heck did I move?!?
Okay...onto some more personals....
Traci...You silly woman...You look fabulous! You will never look like a "dumpy old broad"...a fit tan broad....maybe!
Nicole...My tummy is a bit better...I think I finally expelled whatever was bothering me..LOL! I was definitely thinking of DH while I was doing KPC today.....I even thought about putting his picture on top of the TV so that I could aim at it...LOL!! Glad you are happy to be back with Cathe. I'm such a wimp when it comes to cardio..I always take unscheduled breaks! Isn't meez fun? All kinds of stuff to play with...I like changing mine up, too.
Cheryl...I still think their was an evil fairy on your shoulder making you weigh more!
Sandra...I really enjoyed my trips to Russia. If DH wasn't there, I'm sure it is somewhere I would have never thought to go...but now that I have been there I would suggest it as a great trip...especially for anyone who is into European history. It's amazing to me, though, the cultural differences there. I could write for hours about that...but won't bore everyone! You can see the Kremlin from DH's apartment. And there is this sculpture garden behind his building that has lots of old statues of Stalin...and other statues from that time in Russian history. But the most amazing and breath taking thing was St Basil's...which is the cathedral with the multi colored onion domes....I was walking down the street...looking up at the Kremlin, not really paying attention to where I was going...and I turned a corner and there was St Basil's up on a slight hill....It was an incredible sight. You definitely gave me a chuckle about grounding the scale!
TG...Tell that boss of yours to get busy doing his own work! Have fun with Ben and Jerry tonight!
SwiftyX...I'm with Nicole on the shoes...I tend to feel like my feet are being bunched up in the front of a running shoe while doing step. You might be bale to get away with them for kickboxing...and for strictly strength training...but that would be it....outside of running, of course.
Okay...think that's it for now...Waving to all the MIA Xers...Jeanette and Amy...hope you guys are well!
