Hi Sandra,
Don't forget the "X" in P90X. Extreme. For so many of us, we crave the extreme challenge yet lead normal, busy lives. It's very difficult to fit "extreme" in 6 days/week. Why don't you consider dabbling with P90X to see how you can best fit it in your life schedule?
That's what I have done. I have an hour in the morning but rarely, if ever the 90 minutes it takes for YogaX. I have come to a comfortable middle road where I am creating a hybrid to fit my needs which is fat loss and one hour per day. That means delaying the day when I can do the exact classic rotation.
Design a rotation using the workouts in a manner that is realistic and fits your needs. You don't have to do it exactly as it is mapped out. When your life allows you more time then you can enjoy P90X as written.
In the mean time I am certain you will enjoy the workouts, reap the benefits and be able to share your experiences with us. I bet you any amount of money that there's a few more people in your shoes.
Blaze the trail!
