Hi!
Just some quick personals before I watch the end of today's stage of the Tour. I did Tracey Staehle's High Intensity Step (30 minutes) and then switched to Christi Taylor's Solid Gold Step for another 20 minutes or so. After that was breakfast (guess what?) and then watching the Tour, so no posting this morning. I did get in 31 miles on my bike tonite with a hill climb included in there. I think my legs are still a bit sore from Sunday's ride too.
Traci, glad you are going to take a little rest. Somehow, though, I think your mind will still be working out. How long will your DH be gone? I am enjoying the Tour, though it's a different one for sure. Looking forward to my bike ride for sure this Saturday. Love, love, love that area. Sunday, DH and I will tile the hearth.
Debra, hope the massage helps the headache. Sorry to hear you still have it. I'm thinking of doing that premix rotation too. Will your DD be riding Western or English? Is she excited?
Anointed, you are so very beautiful! You look fabulous for 50, I'm thinking more like 30's. Hope you can get some sleep tonite. Sorry about having to look for a part time job.
Cheryl, glad you liked your workout today. I have friends that cancel on bike rides and it bugs me. I'm one of those that if I say I'll be there, I'll be there.
Sandra, CC#4 is a toughie if I remember right. Good for you for modifying it. What did your DH say about the Cardio Coach workouts?
Nicole, hang in there (though I know you will) with P90X. You are almost finished!!! Woohoo! Bet you are chomping at the bit for something different. I understand about only using the trainer in the winter. I rode my bike today and while I was suffering on the hill, I was no way suffering like the Tour riders today. I'm staying up late tonite to watch the end of today's stage.
Wendy, hope your foot is healing. Mine is still sore, but not so much the numbness in the toes. My thoughts and prayers to you and your FIL.
Laurie, sorry about your knee. Jada is a big girl, isn't she? Bet you are excited about getting her. I think that's awesome! Enjoy your vacation. How did you hurt your knee?
Well, off to finish watching the Tour. Probably won't get to post in the morning, but will check in tomorrow night.
Jeanette
