I hope everyone's day is tip top! How corney is that?
I did PUB last night and the dome challenge. That was a nice combo. I went as heavy as I could and I have definitely improved my strength. For back I was able to use 25, 30, 35 for rows, 30, 35, 40 for pull overs, biceps 12, 15, 20 which was good for me on the pyramid, 10,12,15 for triceps (I did frech press instead of overhead), but only 20, 25 for chest because biceps and triceps were fried, and 5, 8, 10 for delts. The new dumbells have helped because now I actually have the appropriate weights to use. I changed the order and did back, biceps, triceps, chest and shoulders because I didn't want my biceps to be cooked by the time that I got to them and so my delts were cooked by the time I got to them. I'm above the weights that I used during the X, so its proof that you can gain strength using Cathe's dvds. I'm about ready for a recovery week.
If the wind slows down, today will be a run and some yoga. Happy whatever x workout is on tap for today.
